Johnny O'Conner
Johnny O’Connor is recognised as an excellent exponent of the swing music era, particularly the music of Sinatra, wowing audiences in Europe and the UK.
Johnny studied at The City of Leeds College of Music and went on to tour throughout the UK and Europe with different bands playing various styles of music from Rock to Jazz as a guitarist, bass player, banjo player and vocalist.
Johnny decided to go back to his love of swing music and focused all his attention to the music of Sinatra and The Ratpack, performing in European 5* hotels as well as guest spots with various big bands including dates with Matt Monro jr and the Atlantic Jazz Orchestra. Having appeared in some of the major Theatre and cabaret venues in the country.
Johnny recently completed another successful Summer season at Blackpool’s world famous Viva concert venue
